According to a recent article by Eric Wahlgren in Daily Finance, brunch is the hottest meal in 2010. Two meals in one, cheaper-than-dinner prices, and not needing a sitter all add up to the brunch boom.
While the restaurant industry as a whole feels the downturn effects of the recession, you can do your business a favor, as Wahlgren suggests, by stocking your “fridges with bacon, eggs and other brunch fixings.”
