What we can expect from you

Terms of Service

Member Account, Password & Security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify GST of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. GST cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

Member Conduct

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials (”Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not GST, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via our services. GST does not control the Content posted via the service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will GST and its affiliates be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the service.

You agree to not use the service to:

  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  • harm minors in any way;
  • impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a GST official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (”Rights”) of any party;
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation;
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  • intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
  • provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
  • “stalk” or otherwise harass another; and/or
  • collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through k above.

You acknowledge that GST may or may not pre-screen Content, but that GST and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the service. Without limiting the foregoing, GST and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable**.

You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by GST or submitted to GST, including without limitation information in serive Message Boards and in all other parts of the service.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that GST may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce the TOS; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of GST, users of the service, and the public.

You understand that the service and software embodied within the service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by GST and/or content providers who provide content to the service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

** If GST has removed your content for violations to the TOS, and you believe it was removed by mistake, GST will provide you with an opportunity to appeal.

Delivery, Subscription Payment, Refund Policy

After we have successfully received your payment, your administration information will be emailed to the email address you provided. You should recieve your email immediately, but can take upto 2 hours. If you do not recieve an email after this time period, email support@greensidetech.net. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all of our online resources and can set up your website immediately.

**Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases / subscriptions, as the Authorize.net sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information. If you need further information, please contact us.

Please take note that all monthly subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of your subscription period, by our merchant (Authorize.net). If you wish to cancel your subscription and cease using the service, then you need to notify us via e-mail (support@greensidetech.net) at least 7 days prior to the end of your subscription, requesting such a cancellation.

No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your monthly subscription is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds whatsoever will be given in this regard. Since GST is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

For yearly subscribers, you will have 7 days from the time of subscription to notify us that you are not happy with the service to receive your subscription fee back. This does not apply to monthly subscribers.

Support fixes and bugs

GST provides support via our knowledge base & tutorials, email, and phone. Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (central US). During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 12 – 24 hours, whilst we will also commit to answer any queries outside of these hours within 36 hours. We only cover support for our product, and currently cannot offer support on 3rd party integration services.

It is our commitment to fix all bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 24 – 48 hours. We will also try provide a solution via knowledge base for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core package.

If your account becomes delinquent, or your transaction is declined by our merchant (Authorize.net), you will have a 7 day grace period with which to return your account to good standing. We will attempt to contact you by email and by phone. If the deliquent subscription fee is not paid by the end of the 7 days, your account will be disabled. Your data may be kept for up to 30 days from the date of delinquency, but is not guaranteed past the 7 day grace period.

Terms of Service, Notices and Revisions

Your use of our services, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service and all of its dispute resolution provisions are subject to the governing law of Arkansas. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through notice on our service home page. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy policy. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
